Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Komitmen Karyawan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Di PT. Seasonal Supplies Indonesia Tangerang
Abstract
The author discusses research on the effect of leadership style and employee commitment on work performance at PT. Seasonal Supplies Indonesia Tangerang. By conducting this research aims to find out how much influence the leadership style and employee commitment on work performance at PT. Seasonal Supplies Indonesia Tangerang. The method used by research is quantitative with a type of descriptive research while sampling technique with a type of random sampling, which amounts to 100 people from the population of 354 people. In the instrument test conducted is 1) Validity test with a corrected value of Correlation Item-total items> 0.195. 2) Reliability Test with Cronbach’s Alpha value> 0.60. 3). Normality test by looking at the Q-Plot table that is normally seen from the distribution that follows the diagonal line. Then the assumption test is carried out, including 1) Heterokedatatic test by referring to the scatterplot table where there is a distribution in the table. 2) Multicolinerality Test by looking at the results on VIF> 10. Finally, a hypothesis test that produces 1) R Square value of 0.052. 2) TEST VALUE OF LEADERSHIP TEST TO WORK ACHIEVEMENTS of 0.023 <0.05. 3) The value of t tests from employee commitment 0.866 <0.05. 4) The value of leadership style and employee commitment to work performance of 0.074 <0.05. Thus Persial Leadership Style and employee commitment provide dominant factors to work performance. Then the leadership style and employee's commitment have a significant relationship and influence on work performance.
