Budaya Wirausaha Jamu Tradisional dalam Pendekatan Digitalisasi Media Sosial
Abstract
This study examines how entrepreneurs benefit from the use of social media. Social media can be used by businesses for a variety of functions, but is not limited to marketing and customer relationship management. Application for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) due to its minimal cost, low barriers to participation and low level of IT skills required to use it. This paper focuses on Traditional Herbal Medicine SMEs who take a social media approach in their business strategy. From the possible sources of value investigated, the strongest evidence is that the novelty, efficiency, strategy of entrepreneurs in the digitalization approach of social media generates tremendous enthusiasm for traditional herbal medicine enthusiasts and moves them to make transactions, even before the product is launched.
