Studi Literatur: Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil
Abstract
Kepuasan kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) adalah keadaan emosional Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang menyenangkan atau tidak menyenangkan terhadap pekerjaannya. PNS dengan tingkat kepuasan kerja tinggi menunjukkan sikap yang positif terhadap pekerjaannya. Sebaliknya, PNS yang tak puas dengan pekerjaannya menunjukkan sikap yang negatif terhadap pekerjaannya itu. Kepuasan kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil dapat dicapai dengan berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Baik secara internal maupun eksternal, terdapat banyak faktor yang dapat diteliti untuk mendapatkan hasil korelasi secara statistik. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang telah dilakukan studi literatur seperti isi atau jenis pekerjaan, manajemen, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, promosi kerja, pelatihan kerja.Dengan adanya studi literatur mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil, selanjutnya dapat menjadi bahan dalam penelitian yang lebih mendalam untuk menguji faktor-faktor tersebut dan menyimpulkan dengan kongkret pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil.
