Strategi Pemasaran Upaya Untuk Meningkatkan Volume Penjualan Melalui E-Commerce Shopee Pada L&M Shop
Abstract
In this digital era, it is no stranger to online transactions through E-commerce both among teenagers to adults, the Shopee marketplace is one of the largest E-commerce that is currently developing in Indonesia, from SnapChart research results it was found that Shopee is an e-commerce platform. commerce is the most used by people with a total of 28.35 million people during August 2021. In the transaction frequency indicator in snapcart research, shopee is also the company with the highest monthly transaction frequency compared to other e-commerce in the last three months. Therefore, it is the reason for L&M's shop marketing strategy in marketing its products through Shopee E-commerce. In this case the researcher uses qualitative descriptive data with data collection techniques through observation and interviews.
