Analisis Sistem Rekrutmen Pegawai Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Pada PT Fumakilla Nomos
Abstract
The government has made various efforts to prevent COVID-19, one of which is by imposing work from home, where not everyone can do it like workers at PT. Fumakilla Nomos. Recruitment System in PT. Fumakilla Nomos is quite good at using both internal and external recruitment methods. Internal recruitment is filling vacancies in positions that come from within or old employees can fill these vacancies if existing employees meet the existing qualifications and requirements. External recruitment is done by recruiting employees from outside the company using the Jobstreet Website.
