Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank BCA KCU Kedoya Permai Jakarta Barat
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the work motivation of employees of PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. KCU Kedoya Permai West Jakarta, to determine the job satisfaction of employees of PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. KCU Kedoya Permai West Jakarta and to determine the work motivation and job satisfaction of employees on the performance of employees of PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. KCU Kedoya Permai West Jakarta.The research method used in this research is quantitative associative method and data collection by questionnaire technique. The method of determining the number of samples with the saturated sample technique obtained a sample of 72 employees. Methods of data analysis with validation test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, simple regression analysis, determinant coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing. The results showed that the multiple correlation coefficient = 0.679 means that work motivation and job satisfaction have a strong influence on employee performance. In multiple linear regression, Y = 15,034 + 0,548 X1 + 0,060 X2, the determinant coefficient is 44.8% which shows the contribution of motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance of 44.8%. The results of the significance test showed that the t count was 29,831 > t table 3.128 and with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, Ho-3 was rejected and Ho-3 was accepted. Motivation and satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. KCU Kedoya Permai West Jakarta.
