Pengaruh Disiplin Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bank Bjb Cabang Balaraja
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation either partially or jointly on employee performance at Bank Bjb Balaraja Tangerang Branch. The research method used in this research is descriptive associative with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study were 50 respondents. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, significance test (t test) and F test. The results of the study show that: (1) Work discipline (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Bank Bjb Balaraja Tangerang Branch with a value of tcount > ttable that is 6238 > 2,012 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000 which is below 0.05. The contribution of R2 (R Square) is 44.8% (2) Work Motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of tcount > ttable i.e. 5.743 > 2,012 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000 which is below 0.05. The contribution of R2 (R Square) is 40.7% (3) Work discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with Fcount > Ftable value, namely 25,876 > 3.20 with probability value (significance) = 0.000 which is below 0.05. The contribution of R2 (R Square) is 52.4%, while the remaining 47.6% is influenced by factors other than work discipline and work motivation.
