Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja Dan Motivasi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan PT Sigma Cipta Utama Tbk Tangerang Selatan
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job training on job performance, motivation on job performance and job training and motivation on work performance at PT Sigma Cipta Utama Tbk South Tangerang City. The research method used is quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique. The sample used is as many as 80 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses the SPSS Version 22 application. Includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, t test and F test. Results of linear equations multiple Y= 5.835 – 0.255X1 + 1.025X2 for the simultaneous test (f test) the calculated F value is (36.899> 3.115), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted (influential)
