Green Human Resource Management Dalam Mempengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behaviour Dan Kinera Lingkungan Pada PT. Woo In Indonesia
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Green Human Resource Management (green competence, green motivation, and green employee involvement), on environmental performance in Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable. Respondents in this study were 33 employees in PT WOO IN IDONESIA. The method of collecting data is using a questionnaire, and the method of determining the sample is by using a non-probability sampling method, namely Accidental Sample. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. The results show that Green Human Resource Management (green competence, green motivation, and green employee involvement), partially and simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Green Human Resource Management (green competence, green motivation, and green employee involvement) partially and simultaneously has a positive and significant impact on environmental performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant influence on environmental performance and there is a greater indirect influence of Green Human Resource Management (green competence, green motivation, and green employee involvement) on performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results of this study can be used as a reference for PT WOO IN INDONESIA in making policies to improve the environmental performance of Human Resource Management, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
