Pengaruh Lingkungan, Disiplin Karyawan, Stress Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Cyberindo Aditama-Jakarta
Abstract
This study aims to partially examine the effect of environmental variables, employee discipline, work stress, work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Cyberindo Aditama-Jakarta totals 100 employees. Regarding the research, the author uses a total sampling technique. This research is a population study so that all employees of PT. Cyberindo Aditama-Jakarta, totaling 100 people will be sampled. Data processing using SPSS 24 using multiple regression linear analysis. The results of this study are proven that 1) The work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Cyberindo Aditama, Jakarta. 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Cyberindo Aditama, Jakarta. 3) Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Cyberindo Aditama, Jakarta. 4) Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Cyberindo Aditama, Jakarta. 5) Work environment, employee discipline, work stress, and work motivation collectively affect employee performance at PT. Cyberindo Aditama, Jakarta.
