Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Biro Keuangan dan Barang Milik Negara Kementerian Kesehatan
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian dalam ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Keuangan dan Barang Milik Negara Kementerian Kesehatan. untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Keuangan dan Barang Milik Negara Kementerian Kesehatan. untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Keuangan dan Barang Milik Negara Kementerian Kesehatan. untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Keuangan dan Barang Milik Negara Kementerian Kesehatan. Dalam penelitian adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 92 pegawai pada Biro Keuangan dan Barang Milik Negara Kementerian Kesehatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Dengan teknik sampel jenuh, diambil sampel sebanyak 92 pegawai di Biro Keuangan dan Barang Milik Negara Kementerian Kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
