Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Serta Implikasinya Pada Kinerja Karyawan di PT. North Sumatera Hydro Energy
Abstract
The purpose of this study 1) To determine the positive and significant effect of work motivation on work loyalty at PT. North Sumatra Hydro Energy. 2) To find out the positive and significant effect of work experience on work loyalty at PT. North Sumatra Hydro Energy. 3) To determine the positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. North Sumatra Hydro Energy. 4) To determine the positive and significant effect of work experience on employee performance at PT. North Sumatra Hydro Energy. 5) To find out the positive and significant effect of work loyalty on employee performance at PT. North Sumatra Hydro Energy. Methods: This research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 122 employees at PT. North Sumatra Hydro Energy. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using the Total Sampling method, so the sample was 148 respondents. Data analysis using Path Analysis test. Results: The results showed that 1) Work motivation had a significant effect on work loyalty. 2) Work experience has a significant effect on job loyalty. 3) Work motivation has a significant effect on work loyalty. 4) Work experience has a significant effect on job loyalty. 5) Work loyalty has a significant effect on employee performance.
