Meningkatkan Kinerja Perusahaan Menggunakan Rasio Keuangan Pada Perusahaan Property Dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Tahun 2016-2020
Abstract
The research method is quantitative at population in this study are property and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2019 that have complete financial reports, so those that meet the predetermined criteria consist of 12 samples of companies. The objectives of this research are as follows: to determine and analyze the effect of liquidity on profitability. To determine and analyze the effect of leverage on profitability. to determine and analyze the effect of activity on profitability. to determine and analyze the effect of Liquidity, Leverage and activities together on Profitability.The1 showasignificant effect on profitability, solvency has a significant effect on profitability, activity has a significant effect on profitability, liquidity, solvency and activity jointly affect profitability
