Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Gajah Putih Elastic

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work discipline, and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Elastic White Elephant. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 300 employees at PT. Elastic White Elephant. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula, from the sample calculation to 38 respondents. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
