Pengaruh Pengawasan, Motivasi Dan Disiplin Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Cabang Bumi Serpong Damai, Tangerang Selatan
Abstract
This research uses quantitative research. The population in this research is 100 employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Bumi Serpong Damai Branch, South Tangerang and using a total sample of 100 respondents. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision on work effectiveness, determine the effect of motivation on work effectiveness, determine the effect of work discipline on work effectiveness and to determine the effect of simultaneous supervision, motivation and work discipline on work effectiveness at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Bumi Serpong Damai Branch, South Tangerang. The analytical tool used is PASW/SPSS version 20. Data processing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that supervision affects work effectiveness, motivation affects work effectiveness, work discipline affects work effectiveness and supervision, motivation, work discipline simultaneously affects work effectiveness.
