Pengaruh Kualitas Kerja, Pengawasan dan Kedisiplinan Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan pada PT. Toyota Auto2000 BSD City di Tangerang Selatan
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian dalam ini adalah ; Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Toyota Auto2000 BSD City di Tangerang Selatan, mengetahui dan menganalisis pengawasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Toyota Auto2000 BSD City di Tangerang Selatan. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Toyota Auto2000 BSD City di Tangerang Selatan. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas kerja, pengawasan kerja dan kedisiplinan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Toyota Auto2000 BSD City di Tangerang Selatan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 110 karyawan pada PT. Toyota Auto2000 BSD City di Tangerang Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling, sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 110 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat kualitas kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Terdapat pengawasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. terdapat kedisiplinan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Terdapat kualitas kerja, pengawasan kerja dan kedisiplinan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.
