Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Keterampilan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Kesejahteraan Sosial Sekretariat Daerah Kota Depok
Abstract
The objectives of this study are: l) To determine the effect of the work environment on the work productivity of employees at the Department of Social Welfare at the Regional Secretariat of Depok City. 2) To determine the effect of work skills on the work productivity of employees at the Department of Social Welfare, Regional Secretariat of Depok City. 3) To determine the effect of work motivation on work productivity of employees at the Department of Social Welfare, Regional Secretariat of Depok City. 4) To determine the effect of the work environment, work skills and work motivation together on the work productivity of employees at the Department of Social Welfare, Regional Secretariat of Depok City. This research has a quantitative approach, descriptive and associative type. The popu[ation in this study were 86 all employees at the Department of Social Welfare, Regional Secretariat of Depok City. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the technique taken, namely saturated sampling (census), the authors set the sample members used in this study as many as 86 employees. The results of this study indicate that: l) There is a work environment that has a significant effect on employee work productivity. 2) There are Work Skills that have a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity. 3) There is work motivation which has a significant effect on employee work productivity. 4) There is a work environment, work skills and work motivation that simultaneously or simultaneously have a positive effect on employee work productivity.
