Implementasi Manajemen Strategik Melalui Analisis Strategic Advantage Profile (SAP) Pada UMKM Bakso Eco Jakarta Selatan
Abstract
UMKM Bakso Eco memerlukan masukan mengenai manajemen strategik yang diperlukan dalam usahanya untuk mengoptimalkan pembukaan cabang baru dan juga kinerja outlet pusat. Selain membantu perusahaan menghindari masalah keuangan, manajemen strategis memberikan manfaat yang nyata, seperti meningkatkan kesadaran akan ancaman eksternal, memahami strategi bersaing, dan produktivitas karyawan, serta mengurangi resistensi terhadap perubahan. Selain itu, pemahaman yang lebih jelas tentang hubungan prestasi dan apresiasi juga dapat dilakukan. Strategic Advantage Profile (SAP), salah satu alat analisis yang berguna bagi UMKM untuk mengetahui posisinya dibandingkan dengan pesaing terdekatnya. Analisis ini sangat sederhana dan mudah diterapkan, namun memberikan manfaat terutam bagi pihak pengambil keputusan yang berkaitan dengan strategi UMKM. Hasil akhir jumlah perkalian antara bobot dengan kategori menunjukkan nilai – 0,24, artinya posisi Bakso ECO dibandingkan dengan pesaing terdekatnya agak lemah.
