Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Konsumen Berbelanja di Alfamart Raya Semplak Bogor
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketatnya persaingan minimarket di Indonesia. Dengan persaingan yang ketat, perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan menyesuaikan keinginan konsumen serta memahami faktor apa yang mempengaruhi konsumen untuk berbelanja dan faktor dominan apa yang dapat dijadikan peluang atau keunggulan. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen berbelanja di Alfamart Raya Semplak Bogor dengan menggunakan pendekatan bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik serta faktor dominan apa yang mempengaruhi konsumen berbelanja di Alfamart Raya Semplak Bogor.
