Bangkitnya STARA (Smart Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, And Algorithms) pada Industri Perbankan di Indonesia
Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menunjukan peran dari STARA (Smart Technolgy, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics dan Algorithms) dalam pengelolaan lembaga keuangan serta pengaruhnya terhadap sektor perbankan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka atau perolehan data dari berbagai sumber literatur seperti buku, artikel jurnal, maupun penelitian terdahulu. Selain itu data didaptkan dari hasil wawancara dengan 15 orang yang bekerja di bidang perbankan. Analisis data secara deskriptif terkait penerapan STARA untuk manajemen operasional pada lembaga keuangan, lalu hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa untuk sektor perbankan perlu memaksimalkan penerapan STARA dalam rangka inovasi mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan sebagai salah satu strategi bersaing. Sehingga industri perbankan menjadi efisien dalam operasinya dan memperoleh hasil yang maksimal serta survive dimasa yang akan datang. Akan tetapi, penerapan STARA akan mengurangi jumlah tenaga kerja manusia di dalam industri perbankan.
