Analisa Strategi Digital Marketing dalam Meningkatkan Potensi Penjualan Spare Part UD. Sugata Machinery
Abstract
Pemasaran merupakan bagian dari sebuah proses yang ada dalam sebuah bisnis. Revolusi industri 4.0 secara cepat merubah pola konsumen mencari informasi produk dan transaksi. Mereka akan lebih leluasa mencari dan observasi berbagai produk, cukup dengan melalui media gadget. Digital marketing sangat mumpuni untuk dimanfaatkan agar bisa menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas dan cepat di kenal masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif analisis deskriptif bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran pada UD. Sugata Machinery. Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh UD. Sugata Machinery dalam menghadapi persaingan adalah dengan analisis SWOT, penelitian kualitatif ini mengumpulkan data dengan pengamatan. Metode observasi digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data untuk mengumpulkan penelitian data, dimana data tersebut dapat diamati oleh peneliti.
