Variasi Model Pemasaran di Era Digital
Abstract
Dunia digital mempunyai dampak yang sangat signifikan terhadap variasi model pemasaran. Perkembangan teknologi di abad 21 ini memberikan dampak besar terhadap kehidupan manusia di berbagai aspek; politik, sosial, agama, kebudayaan, seni, ilmu pengetahuan, ekonomi, dan lain sebagainya, tentu sangat berdampak juga terhadap dunia pemasaran dimulai dari sistem pemasaran, pengelolaan, pengadministrasian, hingga kepada hubungan dengan konsumen melalui sistem digital di berbagai platform yang ada di internet. Tiga dasawarsa dan sebelumnya pemasaran terbatas hanya pada papan reklame, pamflet, spanduk, media cetak, majalah, televisi, radio, dan event-event yang diselenggarakan oleh perusahaan dan distributor melalui pertunjukan acara secara langsung massyarakat hadir. Kini perusahaan dan distributor mempunyai banyak media yang dapat diaplikasikan ke berbagai model-model pemasaran di perangkat digital dan teknologi.
