Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial dan Displin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, Cabang Penjernihan Jakarta Pusat
Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Metode pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program aplikasi IBM SPSS 26. Sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh, dimana diambil 30 responden sebagai sampel dari seluruh anggota populasi yang diambil dari karyawan BCA cabang Purifikasi Jakarta Pusat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Kompensasi finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank central asia Tbk cabang pemurnian jakarta pusat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Bank central asia Tbk cabang penyulingan jakarta pusat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. (3) Kompensasi finansial dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk cabang Purifikasi Jakarta Pusat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji F diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.
