Analisis Penilaian Bank Berbasis Risiko (RBBR) Sebelum dan Sesudah Penggabungan pada Perusahaan Perbankan Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Idx)
Abstract
Hasil analisis RBBR menunjukkan adanya penurunan dalam penilaian keberlanjutan Bank BWS sebelum dan sesudah penggabungan. Penilaian komposit yang diperoleh oleh BWS sebelum penggabungan adalah sangat sehat (PK1) dan menurun menjadi sehat (PK2). Hasil penilaian kesehatan Bank Danamon pada saat sebelum dan sesudah penggabungan tetap sama, yaitu memperoleh penilaian komposit 2 yang berarti sehat. Hasil analisis RBBR sebelum dan sesudah penggabungan di Bank OK menunjukkan bahwa penggabungan antara bank Dinar dan bank Oke Indonesia tidak meningkatkan penilaian kesehatan bank, melainkan malah menurun. Sebelum penggabungan, Bank OK memperoleh penilaian komposit 2 yang berarti sehat, sedangkan setelah penggabungan, bank tersebut memperoleh penilaian 3 atau cukup sehat. Hasil analisis RBBR sebelum dan sesudah penggabungan di IBK juga menunjukkan penurunan dalam penilaian kesehatan bank. Secara umum, hampir semua faktor penilaian mengalami penurunan, kecuali faktor modal.
