Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt Sekawan Makmur Di Jakarta
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sekawan Makmur di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 78 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini variabel budaya organisasi diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 3,79 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel kinerja karyawan diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 3,89 dengan kriteria baik. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 14,686 + 0,639X, dan nilai korelasi 0,748 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 56,0% serta uji hipotesis diperoleh sig. 0,000 < 0,05.
