Pengaruh Masa Kerja Dan Tingkat Pendidikan Terhadap Pengembangan Karir Yang Berdampak Pada Komitmen Kerja Pegawai
Abstract
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Bahwa: 1) Masa Kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir. 2) Tingkat Pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir. 3) Masa kerja dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karir. 4) Masa Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Komitmen Kerja Pegawai. 5) Tingkat Pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Komitmen Kerja Pegawai. 6) Pengembangan Karir mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Komitmen Kerja Pegawai. 7) Masa kerja, tingkat pendidikan dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap komitmen kerja pegawai.
