Perancangan Startegi Bebasis Analisis Pestle Dalam Aplikasi Bisnis Franchise UMKM Kuliner Di Tangerang Selatan
Abstract
Pertumbuhan sektor ekonomi nasional Indonesia merupakan sektor utama dalam menggerakkan perekonomian nasional. Salah satu analisis strategi yang dapat di gunakan untuk upaya dalam peningkatan UMKM Kuliner yang ada di Tangerang Selatan pasca covid-19 adalah menggunkan PESTLE Analysis yang mana dapat menyediakan kerangka yang digunakan untuk menginvestigasi lingkungan eksternal dengan menggunakan pertanyaan pada setiap faktor-faktor permasalahaan eksternal, yaitu Politik, Ekonomi, Sosial, Teknologi, Hukum, dan Lingkungan. Penerapan m-commerce dalam bentuk aplikasi merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengelola kegiatan bisnisnya menjadi lebih efisien dan fleksible untuk meningkatkan layanan francahise. Proses migrasi ke m-commerce berbasis aplikas merupakan proses kompleks yang melibatkan teknologi komunikasi seluler dan teknologi nirkabel, berdampak luas pada proses bisnis, model bisnis, strategi, dan perubahan sistem perusahaan Harapan nya dengen mengetahu analisis PESTLE dalam UMKM Kuliner yang ada di Tangerang bisa membentuk dasar untuk sebagian data yang di gunakan dalam membuat keputusan startegi yang akan di pilih oleh pemilik usaha di masa mendatang
