Pengaruh Pengaplikasian Internet of Things terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan dalam Industri Hospitality
Abstract
Penelitian terdahulu menjadi acuan serta gambaran untuk membuat jurnal ataupun artikel ilmiah, dimana didalamnya dapat menjelaskan pengaruh relevan antara variabel satu dengan lainnya. Jurnal ini memuat tentang pengaruh pengaplikasian internet of things terhadap kepuasan pelangan dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam industri hospitality. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa apakah layanan berbasis Internet of Things memiliki dampak dan pengaruh lebih positif terhadap bisnis perhotelan baik dari segi kepuasan pelanggan dan menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan. Internet of Things (IoT) merupakan peluang bagi industri perhotelan dalam mengurangi biaya operasional yang nantinya akan berdampak pada peningkatan pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan sekaligus menumbuhkan loyalitas pelanggan.
