Peran Kepuasan Kerja Memediasi Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Satuan Kerja Pangkalan TNI AU Dhomber
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional dan pengembangan karir terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) personel di satuan kerja Pangkalan TNI AU Dhomber. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif. Partisipan yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang (2orang PA dan 2 orang Bintara) dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di satuan kerja Pangkalan TNI AU Dhomber dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara. Analisa yang dilakukan adalah Analisa interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan gambaran bagaimana kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional dan pengembangan karir terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan situasional dan pengembangan karir memiliki peran penting untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja personel yang nantinya akan berdampak terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) personel Satuan Kerja Pangkalan TNI AU Dhomber.
