Strategic Human Resource Planning and Staffing Pada PT. GMF Aeroasia (Wheel, Brake and Landing Gear Shop)
Abstract
Perencanaan dan kepegawaian terhadap sumber daya manusia pada sebuah perusahaan adalah sebuah titik vital dalam menjalankan kegiatan perusahaan baik perusahaan jasa maupun perusahaan manufaktur. Perencanaan strategik digunakan untuk mendukung proses perencanaan sumber daya manusia. Oleh sebab itu, penulis melihat bahwa perencanaan kepegawaian sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu hal yang menarik untuk dianalisis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategic human resource planning and staffing pada PT. GMF Aeroasia pada Dinas TC (Component) Wheel, brake and Landing Gear Shop. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk menggali informasi secara mendalam melalui proses wawancara dengan menggunakan kerangka berpikir yang dibangun oleh penulis. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan PT. GMF Aeroasia telah memiliki perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang didukung oleh 3 dari 5 strategi perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang ada yaitu strategi resturkturisasi, strategi rekrutmen, dan strategi pelatihan dan pengembangan. Strategi perencanaan itu membantu perusahaan dalam mempertahankan produksi dan sumber daya manusianya.
