Strategic Human Resource Planning and Staffing
Abstract
Pengelolaan SDM yang kompeten dalam suatu perusahaan sangat penting untuk lebih cepat mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Perilaku adalah sikap yang dimiliki individu untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungannya. Di dalam perusahaan, perilaku ini disebut perilaku lingkungan kerja. Perilaku lingkungan kerja adalah pola tindakan anggota organisasi yang mempengaruhi efektivitas organisasi secara langsung atau tidak langsung. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Dalam pengembangan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia diperlukan sistem kinerja dan pendukung dari setiap individu karena pengembangan SDM akan memberikan dampak yang luar biasa jika dikembangkan secara positif, baik untuk internal perusahaan maupun lingkungan sekitar perusahaan.
