Strategi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia di Bidang Kepegawaian
Abstract
Penelitihan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanan, pengorganisasian, pengawasan dan penilaian dalam strategi pemerintah daerah dalam pengembanga sumber daya manusia di badan kepegawaian. Jenis penelitihan yang di gunakan dalam penelitihan ini adalah jenis kualitatif dengan menggunakan tipe deskriptif. Hasil penelitihan ini menunjunkan bahwa sumber daya manusia dan meningkatkan keterampilan. Sasaran pengembangan kualitas karyawan yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan teknis mengerjakan pekerjaan, meningkatkan keahlian dan kecakapan memimpin serta mengambil keputusan, Jadi sasaran yang ingin dicapai untuk mengembangkan kepegawaian sudah cukup baik tetapi masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi.
