Kesiapan Generasi Milenial Menghadapi Pengembangan Era Revolusi Digital (Society 5.0 dan Revolusi Industri 4.0) melalui Pendidikan
Abstract
Pendidikan diyakini sebagai salah satu bidang yang memiliki peran penting dan strategis dalam pembangunan suatu bangsa. Bahkan menjadi faktor dominan dalam proses peningkatan kecerdasan bangsa. Dengan beberapa perannya tersebut, pendidikan dituntut memiliki sumber daya pendidikan untuk mempersiapkan para pelaku perubahan yang tangguh, unggul, partisipatif, dan berdaya saing. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kependidikan, melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan. Ada dua jenis pengembangan sumber daya manusia, yaitu pengembangan formal dan informal. Kedua jenis pengembangan sumber daya manusia tersebut pada kenyataannya tidak bersifat dikotomis, tetapi saling melengkapi sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia.
