Abstract

Sumber daya manusia dan material adalah input ke dalam sistem melalui proses untuk mencapai output yang diinginkan. Sumber daya manusia dan material penting karena mereka terdiri dari tenaga kerja organisasi. Perlu dicatat bahwa keberhasilan yang terbatas dari banyak lembaga internasional sering dikaitkan dengan sumber daya yang tidak memadai serta pemanfaatan sumber daya yang tersedia. Dengan demikian, kualitas, efektivitas dan keberhasilan komisi secara keseluruhan bergantung pada penyediaan sumber daya yang memadai. Sekalipun sumber daya material yang memadai tersedia, kualifikasi, pengalaman, dan komitmen personel sangat penting untuk keberhasilan Organisasi mana pun. Dalam penelitian, metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif didasarkan pada filosofi positivisme, karena digunakan untuk mengkaji kondisi alamiah objek. Perekrutan yang berhasil dimulai dengan perencanaan dan peramalan pekerjaan yang tepat.
