Strategic Human Resource Planning and Staffing pada PT GMF Aeroasia
Abstract
Perencanaan dan penempatan staf merupakan aspek penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kesuksesan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik perencanaan dan penempatan staf pada perusahaan GMF AeroAsia, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan dalam mengelola tenaga kerja. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan melibatkan manajer sumber daya manusia, manajer operasional, dan karyawan terkait.
