Analisis Kesenjangan Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia Fungsi Organisasi Subsilat dan Silambangja pada Skadron Udara 21, Lanud Abdulrachman Saleh
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tindakan perbaikan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kondisi berjalan/saat ini terhadap kondisi ideal/yang diharapkan pada fungsi organisasi Subsilat dan Silambangja pada Skadron Udara 21 yang merupakan satuan pelaksana operasional Lanud Abdurachman Saleh dan berkedudukan Iangsung di bawah Wing 2 TNI AU. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisa Kesenjangan atau yang biasa dikenal dengan GAP Analysis dengan mengacu kepada Peraturan Kasau Perihal Pokok-Pokok Organisasi dan Prosedur Skadron Udara 21 Nomor: Perkasau/ III / XII / 2009 pasal 17 Subsilat dan Pasal 19 Silambangja (AU, 2009), sebagai kondisi yang diharapkan sehingga menghasilkan hasil analisis berupa evaluasi, rekomendasi, saran pembelajaran bagi skadron udara 21 dalam bertugas menyiapkan dan mengoperasikan pesawat tempur taktis untuk operasi lawan udara ofensif dan operasi dukungan udara. Dari penelitian Analisis Kesenjangan Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia Fungsi Organisasi Subsilat Dan Silambangja Pada Skadron Udara 21, Lanud Abdulrachman Saleh ini ditemukan sebanyak 2 kesenjangan dari 13 (pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab fungsi organisasi silambangja yang masih terjadi saat ini) dalam fungsi organisasi di Skadron yang merupakan komponen penting dalam bidang keselamatan terbang dan kerja di Skadron Udara 21.
