Pengaruh Kemajuan Teknologi dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Aplikasi Mobile Shopee
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kemajuan teknologi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling. Survei dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung pada pelanggan Aplikasi mobile Shopee di Bekasi. Jumlah sampel 100 pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kemajuan teknologi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi dapat di manfaatkan dengan baik oleh penjual agar dapat memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang maksimal serta menunjang kepuasan pelanggan.
