Strategic Human Resources Planning and Staffing pada PT.GMF Aeroasia Tbk
Abstract
Di abad ke-21, persaingan tenaga kerja profesional sangat ketat karena perusahaan menginginkan sebuah tenaga kerja yang dapat bekerja secara efisien. Sehingga perusahaan sangat memperhatikan manpower planning untuk masa yang akan datang. Sama hal nya dengan PT GMF AeroAsia. Rekrutmen personel dapat dilakukan dari dalam organisasi atau dari luar organisasi. Perencanaan sumber daya unit HR PT GMF AeroAsia adalah dengan proses mengantisipasi dan membuat tenaga kerja alat gerak keluar masuk organisasi, serta pedoman bagi organisasi kepemimpinan dan serangkaian perubahan pada rencana perekrutan. Perubahan dalam manpower planning adalah sangat berpengaruh tidak hanya dalam perekrutan tenaga kerja tetapi juga dalam metode seleksi, pelatihan, kompensasi dan motivasi. Perencanaan organisasi untuk masa depan terutama berkaitan dengan perencanaan tenaga kerja. Pertama, sumber daya manusia terkait erat dengan rantai proses perencanaan, memetakan bentuk organisasi di mana manusia sebagai model dan memastikan keakraban dan fleksibilitas. Kedua, manajer harus mengikuti model yang sistematis saat melakukan rencana kerja. Itu situasi ini sangat terkait dengan peramalan permintaan tenaga kerja, peramalan penawaran tenaga kerja, dan perekrutan dalam organisasi, Ketiga, rekrutmen dalam organisasi dapat berasal dari dalam organisasi maupun dari luar organisasi.
