Exploring Opportunities and Overcoming Challenges in the Coffee Shop Business
Abstract
This research aims to describe various opportunities and challenges in the coffee shop business. This research uses qualitative research methods with flow model analysis techniques. The data sources obtained are primary and secondary data. The primary data used are informants. Secondary data is obtained from books, documents, archives and other supporting literature related to the problem studied. The problem formulation in this research is: 1) What are the challenges and opportunities in the coffee shop business world?; 2) What is the strategy for facing challenges and opportunities in the coffee shop business? The research findings show that the coffee shop business is promising for entrepreneurs with a wide target market. The need for innovation to attract customers and the need for a concept of comfort for customers. You still have to do research and planning in running a coffee shop business.References
