Analisis Strategi Tumbuh Pt Aqua Golden Mississippi Dalam Memimpin Pasar Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Di Indonesia
Abstract
Jurnal ini membahas strategi dan inovasi yang diterapkan oleh PT Aqua Golden Mississippi untuk mempertahankan posisinya sebagai pemimpin pasar AMDK di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan analisis Marketing Mix 7P dan SWOT, jurnal ini mengungkapkan bagaimana Aqua terus berinovasi dan menyesuaikan diri dengan dinamika pasar serta tantangan kompetitif. Pembahasan meliputi sejarah dan perkembangan perusahaan, strategi pemasaran yang mencakup kualitas produk, harga, distribusi, promosi, serta pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, proses, dan bukti fisik. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menganalisis kompetitor utama Aqua dan mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi perusahaan. Kesimpulan dari jurnal ini menunjukkan bahwa keberlanjutan dan inovasi menjadi kunci keberhasilan jangka panjang PT Aqua Golden Mississippi dalam mempertahankan posisi dominannya di pasar.
