Pengaruh Kualitas Portofolio dalam Keputusan Pembelian Layanan Desain 3D dan Animasi di Marketplace Freelance: Studi Kasus fiverr.com
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kualitas portofolio terhadap keputusan pembelian layanan desain 3D dan animasi di marketplace freelance fiverr.com. Portofolio merupakan aspek kunci dalam menarik klien di industri desain 3D dan animasi, karena merupakan representasi visual dari kemampuan dan kreativitas seorang desainer. Studi ini menggunakan metode survei yang melibatkan 30 customer yang telah membeli layanan desain 3D dan animasi dari akun fiverr.com milik protamadesign (www.fiverr.com/protamadesign). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas portofolio memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian klien. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi desainer freelance dalam mengelola portofolio mereka untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan kesuksesan di fiverr.com.
