Peran IoT dalam Infrastruktur Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia Menuju Indonesia Emas 2045
Abstract
. Di era digitalisasi saat ini, pemanfaatan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) digalakkan dalam berbagai aspek, termasuk pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran IoT dalam infrastruktur HRM menuju Indonesia Emas 2045. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana IoT dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam proses HRM seperti rekrutmen, pelatihan, evaluasi kinerja, dan kompensasi. IoT memungkinkan pengumpulan informasi yang lebih akurat dan real-time, serta otomatisasi beberapa proses yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual. Selain itu, IoT juga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan keterlibatan karyawan. Namun penerapan IoT di HRM juga menghadapi tantangan seperti keamanan informasi, privasi, dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia untuk mengadopsi teknologi baru. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategi dan kebijakan yang diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan peran IoT dalam mencapai Indonesia Emas 2045 melalui pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan berkelanjutan.
