Analisis Keberlanjutan Umkm Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (Umkm) Di Era Digitalisasi Dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Dari Perspektif Bisnis Internasional
Abstract
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur secara mendalam sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan yang utuh dan komprehensif. Selain itu, penelitian ini mampu mencakup banyak data sehingga memperoleh hasil yang lebih lengkap dan relevan. Metode penelitian kualitatif studi kepustakaan merupakan metode penelitian yang menggunakan analisis dokumen atau literatur sebagai sumber data utamanya. Menurut data Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah, saat ini terdapat 65,4 juta UMKM di Indonesia yang menyerap sekitar 56% angkatan kerja di Indonesia dan berkontribusi lebih dari 60% terhadap PDB negara. Namun kontribusi UMKM terhadap PDB menurun hingga 37,3% selama pandemi. Untuk bertahan di tengah ketatnya persaingan terutama sejak pandemi, sebanyak 83,8% UMKM telah melakukan digitalisasi atau pemanfaatan teknologi untuk menunjang operasional bisnisnya.
