Implementasi Internet Of Things (Iot) Dalam Pengembangan Kompetensi Pegawai Kementerian Hukum Dan Hak Asasi Manusia Pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Hukum Dan Hak Asasi Manusia
Abstract
Memiliki Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas dan unggul adalah satu hal yang penting untuk menunjang visi dan misi suatu organisasi untuk semakin berkembang. Organisasi membutuhkan peranan pegawai untuk mengelola system organisasi agar dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Pengembangan pegawai dapat diwujudkan salah satunya dengan memperkenalkan peranan Internet yang bisa dipakai pegawai untuk mengembangkan skill dan kompetensi. Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang pesat, internet menjadi sarana yang sangat potensial untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Melalui pemanfaatan internet, individu dapat mengakses berbagai informasi, menambah pengetahuan, serta memperoleh keterampilan baru. Melalui integrasi IoT dalam pengembangan SDM, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan kinerja karyawan.
