Pengaruh Persepsi Penilaian Kinerja Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Cabang Tebet
Abstract
Penilaian kinerja berfungsi untuk mengevaluasi kontribusi karyawan terhadap organisasi, memberikan umpan balik, serta menetapkan rencana pengembangan dan pengembangan karir membantu karyawan merencanakan dan mencapai tujuan karir mereka melalui pelatihan, promosi, dan pengembangan keterampilan, yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, loyalitas, dan retensi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mnegetahui pengaruh persepsi penilaian kinerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank BNI Kantor Cabang Tebet. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data untuk memahami bagaimana karyawan menilai sistem penilaian kinerja dan program pengembangan karir yang ada. Didukung dari penelitian sebelumnya bahwa penilaian kinerja berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
