Implementasi Program Pelatihan Berbasis Teknologi Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Dan Pengetahuan Personel Kopasgat Tni Au
Abstract
Pelatihan merupakan upaya penerapan yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan, keterampilan personel Kopasgat perlu mendapat perhatian dalam rangka adaptif dengan perkembangan teknologi menjadi hal yang penting untuk ditingkatkan. Sebagaimana diketahui, personel Kopasgat saat ini mempunyai keterbatasan dalam mengaplikasikan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah analisis kepustakaan yang merupakan analisis bahan dengan teknik pengumpulan data dari sejumlah literatur terkenal dari jurnal, buku, dan bahan lainnya. Dan hasil implementasi konstruksi teknologi khususnya pelatihan adalah kemampuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan personel Kopasgat TNI AU secara efektif.
