Implementasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Budaya Organisasi Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Cv. Lift Production
Abstract
Sumber daya manusia memegang peranan vital dalam sebuah perusahaan dikarenakan mereka bertanggung jawab untuk merencanakan semua kegiatan dalam perusahaan. Tiga hal yang diterapkan dalam lingkungan kerja yakni gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, serta kompensasi.
Penelitian ini bermaksud guna menerangkan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan kompensasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada CV. Lift Production. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan model penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data mempergunakan literature review atau penelusuran literatur dari dua database elektronik yakni Google Scholar dan Mendeley. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pengkajian 6 artikel jurnal dari 15.800 artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2024. Objek penelitian ini adalah variabel bebasnya yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kompesasi, sementara variabel terikatnya kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kepustakaan menyatakan bahwasanya gaya kepemimpinan memberi pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi memberi pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan, kompensasi memberi pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan budaya organisasi dan kompensasi secara simultan memberi pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan.
