Strategi Internal dan External Training Melalui Development Center Dalam Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia di PT. Sarana Utama Adimandiri
Abstract
. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi Strategi Internal dan External Training Melalui Development Center Dalam Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia di PT. Sarana Utama Adimandir. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Plaza SUA, Jl. Prof.DR. Soepomo SH No. 27, Tebet Bar., Kec. Tebet, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12810 menjadi lokasi penelitian yang dipilih peneliti. Untuk memverifikasi keakuratan data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan analisis deskriptif. Berikut kesimpulan yang diambil dari hasil penelitian berdasarkan perdebatan dan temuan yang telah diuraikan: 1) Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dilakukan diawali dengan pengembangan department yang difokuskan untuk mencapai KPI (Key Indicator Performance) yang sudah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. 2) Internal Training dilakukan oleh Pihak Development Center yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan yang ditujukkan untuk seluruh karyawan Internal.; 3) External Training dilakukan oleh Pihak Development Center dengan fasilitator Karyawan internal PT. Sarana Utama Adimandiri sebanyak 1 kali dalam seminggu dengan tujuan mengasah kemampuan dan pengembangan kinerja karyawan.
