Pengaruh Antara Komunikasi Dan Kerja Sama Tim Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara komunikasi dan kerja sama tim terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dari hasil penelitian terdahulu. Temuan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dan kinerja karyawan sama-sama berpengaruh positi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan dan berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Komunikasi yang efektif dapat membantu karyawan untuk berbagi informasi, ide, atau pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memungkinkan karyawan untuk bekerja secara efektif. Sedangkan, kerja sama tim membantu dalam mengembangkan keterampilan karyawan melalui pertukaran pendapat positif, masukan, pengalaman, dan sudut pandang secara otomatis di antara anggota tim.
