Abstract
Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) merupakan disiplin yang sangat penting bagi organisasi untuk mengelola aset terpenting mereka: yakni manusia. Paper ini bertujuan untuk memberikan eksplorasi yang bersifat mendalam mengenai Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia/MSDM, yang mencakup prinsip-prinsip dasar dari MSDM, fungsi kunci, signifikansi strategis, tantangan, dan tren baru. Melalui Studi Literasi, tujuan dari paper ini adalah untuk menjelaskan kompleksitas MSDM dan memberikan wawasan tentang peran kritisnya demi kesuksesan organisasi. Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) adalah pendekatan strategis untuk mengelola tenaga kerja sebuah organisasi, mencakup berbagai fungsi yang bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan dan mencapai tujuan organisasi. Ini melibatkan perencanaan strategis, rekrutmen, seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, manajemen kinerja, kompensasi dan manfaat, hubungan karyawan, dan kepatuhan hukum.
